We plan ahead, work closely with your planner and venue, and handle every detail on the day, so you can simply be with the people in front of you.

Prose Florals began nine years ago, and we've spent every season since learning what makes a wedding feel like the couple it belongs to. We've designed in tents, galleries, estates and seaside venues across Boston, the Cape and New England, and built real friendships with the planners and venues who work there. Every one taught us something, and we bring all of it to your day. We care about this because flowers are never just flowers. They're part of how the day feels.

Right after you book: the design phase.
A confirmation email lands in your inbox with your booking details and what's ahead. Then the fun begins: we design every piece around your wedding's personality. Send us anything that inspires you along the way, from your dress and attire to your linens and the photos you can't stop saving.

Eight weeks out: your Design Preview.
We finalize your Design Preview together and check in on the details: your guest count, your timeline, and where each piece should go at the end of the night. You'll also fill out a short questionnaire with your day-of contacts.

About 30 days out: the final details.
We confirm your final numbers and itemized invoice within your agreed investment. Then we connect with your planner, venue and photographer, and place your flower order.

Investment
Your 25% retainer reserved your date and goes toward your final invoice. Your remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

Of course! We'll keep refining together until your final numbers are set, about 30 days before your wedding.
CAN WE PRESERVE OUR BOUQUET?
Yes, and we highly recommend it. We'll point you to preservation artists we love.
WILL WE SEE OUR FLOWERS BEFORE?
Yes. Your Design Preview shows every piece before it's made, and we refine it together until it feels just right.
CAN OUR CEREMONY FLOWERS BE REUSED?
Absolutely, and we love it. Aisle and altar pieces can move to the reception for a second act. We'll plan for it in your design.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE FLOWERS AFTER?
That's up to you! Take them home, gift them to family, or have us clear everything at the end of the night. You'll tell us your preferences in your final questionnaire.
CAN OUR BRIDESMAIDS MAKE THEIR OWN BOUQUETS?
They can! Our Bouquet Bar is a styled DIY add-on for the night before. We prep the blooms in your palette, and your crew gathers to make their own.
